Yes! We are a pet-friendly community of rental homes in Ruskin, FL designed with your four-legged companions in mind. Residents can enjoy abundant greenspace and natural areas perfect for walks, playtime, and fresh air.

Ruskin Reserve offers spacious 3, 4 & 5-bedroom homes for rent in Ruskin, FL. Each home features a washer and dryer and smart thermostats for added convenience, along with thoughtfully designed interiors that include large closets, ceiling fans and stainless steel appliances.

Yes! All homes come with fenced-in yards.

We offer in-person, self-guided, and virtually. Check out our “Tour Your Way” feature at the top of our website to explore all available options!

To apply for a home, select your desired floor plan on our property website under the Floor Plans page and complete your application online. Once the application and required fees are submitted, the home will be taken off the market, and our team will keep you updated throughout the process, including next steps such as submitting proof of income and verifying your move-in date.

Applicants must provide identification, such as a driver’s license or passport, along with their most current pay stub in PDF format if not linking their online banking or employer payroll.

Yes. Renter’s insurance is required with a minimum of $300,000 in liability coverage.

Yes. Lease terms as short as 7 months are available.

Our community does not participate in these programs at this time.

Additional Fees and Payments

No. Residents are responsible for all utilities.

Rent is due on the 1st and can be paid via Bilt on your resident portal. We offer flexible payments through programs like Flex.

If applicable, refunds can take up to 30 business days to be received.

Parking

Each home includes a dedicated two-car garage with space for up to four additional vehicles in the driveway. Street parking is not available.

Pets

Pet fees and monthly pet rent apply. Contact our team to learn more!

We allow a maximum of two pets per home, with breed restrictions in place for Pit Bull–type breeds (including American Pit Bull Terriers, American Staffordshire Terriers, and Staffordshire Bull Terriers), as well as Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Doberman Pinschers, Akitas, Chow Chows, Alaskan Malamutes, and Siberian Huskies.

Each home offers hook-ups. Washers and dryers are not included and must be provided by the resident.

Packages are delivered directly to each resident’s door.

Community Lifestyle

Yes. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Please contact your local non-emergency line to report a noise complaint. Afterward, kindly email the leasing office to let us know you’ve made a report so our team can document it accordingly.

Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property.

Location

The closest airport to Ruskin Reserve is Tampa International Airport (TPA), located approximately 30–40 minutes away.

Residents of Ruskin Reserve enjoy convenient access to a variety of shopping, dining, and outdoor attractions throughout the South Shore area and nearby Tampa. Popular nearby destinations include Epperson Lagoon in Wimauma for water recreation, as well as easy access to Downtown Tampa for dining, nightlife, shopping, and entertainment. Residents can also explore local parks, waterfront areas, and coastal activities throughout the region. With a mix of national retailers, local dining spots, and outdoor recreation within a 15–30-minute drive, there are plenty of options to enjoy close to home. Public transportation is available through Hillsborough County Public Transportation.

Current Leases & Residency

Lease renewals can be completed by selecting the renewal offer in the resident portal. The lease will then be generated and uploaded for electronic signature.

A 60-day notice must be given prior to move-out. A pre-move-out inspection will be scheduled, and residents must return their keys and notify the office once they have vacated. A final inspection will be completed, and the final account statement will be provided within 7–10 business days.

Residents should contact the leasing office for full move-out instructions.

No. Subleasing is not allowed.

A 60-day written notice is required. A buyout fee equal to two months’ rent applies, and any rent concessions will be billed back if applicable.
